Clapham Common Tickets Competition – Monday March 2, 2020.

The promoter (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”) of this competition (“the Competition”) is: Ignition Management, 54 Linhope Street, London, NW1 6HL, UK

Entry is free.

Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

The prize is five (5) pairs of passes to the Catfish and The Bottlemen show at London’s Clapham on 15 May 2020.

The Prize is not transferable, is non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.

The winner is responsible for all travel, accommodation and other expenses incurred.

The Promoter may at their absolute discretion vary or amend the Prize and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

In order to claim the prize, the winner must reply to the winning email confirming they are the prize winner.

The competition launches at 6pm GMT, Monday 2nd March 2020

The competition closes at:

11am GMT, Monday 9th March 2020.

Five (5) winners will be randomly selected.

The winners’ name may be posted on applicable Promoter websites and/or social media platforms.

Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply:

a) The competition is open to residents of the UK who are over 18 years old

b) Employees of the promoters and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion;

In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

The winners will be notified via email no later than:12pm GMT, Tuesday 10th March 2020.

The winner will have 48 hours from the day of receipt of the email to claim their prize.

If the winner does not claim their prize in the required date, The Promoter maintain the right to select another winner.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to a Competition entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of their negligence.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under their control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations hereunder where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
