ONLINE TICKET COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Catfish and The Bottlemen acoustic pop up tickets competition on March 12 for 101WKQX.
PROMOTERS:
The promoter (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”) of this competition (“the Competition”) is: Catfish and The Bottlemen, 54 Linhope Street, London, NW1 6HL, UK
THE COMPETITION:
i. Entry to the competition is free.
ii. To enter the competition online, entrants must sign up to the Catfish and The Bottlemen mailing list or follow Catfish and The Bottlemen on Spotify via the Show.co widget available at https://CATB.lnk.to/Shubas
iii. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
PRIZES:
i. The prize is five (x5) pairs of tickets to 101WKQX | WKQX-FM Presents: Catfish and The Bottlemen Acoustic Pop Up on Tuesday, March 12th at Shuba’s Tavern 3159 N Southport Ave, Chicago, IL 60657, USA
ii. The Prize is not transferable, is non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.
iii. The winners are responsible for all travel, accommodation and other expenses incurred.
iv. The Promoter may at their absolute discretion vary or amend the Prize and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
v. In order to claim the prize, the winner must reply to the winning email confirming they are the prize winner.
START DATE:
The competition launches at 11am EST, Monday 11th March 2019
CLOSING DATE:
The competition closes at midnight EST, Monday 11th March 2019.
SELECTION OF THE WINNERS:
i. Five (5) winners will be randomly selected.
ii The winners will be chosen at random.
iii. The winners’ name may be posted on applicable Promoter websites and/or social media platforms.
RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply:
a) The competition is open to residents of the USA and Canada over 18 years old
b) Employees of the promoters and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion;
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
NOTIFICATION OF THE RESULTS AND RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE:
The winners will be notified via email no later than noon EST Tuesday 12st March 2019.
DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY:
By entering this competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the promoter to administer the competition and to keep you updated about news related to Catfish and The Bottlemen via email.
GENERAL:
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to a Competition entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of their negligence.
iii. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under their control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations hereunder where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
